The location was unbeatable, and the staff were genuinely friendly, but the open bathroom setup left little privacy for my friend and me during our stay.

The room was compact but cozy, perfect for my solo trip. Loved how modern everything felt. The layout could be a bit tricky with the basin in the middle, but switching rooms helped. Connecting my devices to the TV was a fun bonus, made watching Netflix super easy. Staff was friendly and super helpful, which added to the good vibes. Overall, location is perfect, super close to the action in the city.

Close to shopping and restaurants, this compact double room was a solid choice for a solo traveler. The self check-in process was efficient, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. however, the missing waste bin and storage box were inconvenient. While the shower had good pressure, the lack of conditioner was a letdown. The available bread toasts for breakfast were a nice touch.

The location was perfect for exploring the shopping precinct and other attractions via a short free tram ride. Highly recommend checking out the nearby areas for some great vibes.
Initially, I wanted to change rooms due to discomfort, but the first staff member I spoke to didn't check and frustratingly told me there were no available options.

I enjoyed the superb location, just a short walk to the central tram station and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and helpful, really enhancing my stay. My room was clean and had a modern touch that I appreciated. I had issues with bathroom privacy since the toilet and shower were in separate cubicles with glass doors. It didn't feel private at all, making it awkward to get dressed. I also missed having a full-length mirror. While these aspects were disappointing, the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for some of the downsides. I'd consider staying again because of the great location.
